Editor: WebCC means Web Client Console. It is a command line program for sending request to a Web server and get the response from it. WebCC is implemented on Win32 socket Layer with the C/C++ programming language, small in size, only about 70 KB. Also, WebCC does not depend upon any other components but a bare Win32 system (Windows 95 and above).
